Gabriele Faggioli was born in Milan on July 9th, 1970, he is a lawyer expert in advanced technologies regulations and in contracts and negotiation in relation to IT and telematic products and services. He has been Chief Executive Officer of Digital360 S.p.A. from 2020 until April 2024 and Partners4innovation S.r.l. and Adjunct Professor at MIP, the Business School of Politecnico di Milano. He is president of Clusit (the Italian Association for IT Security), Senior Advisor of the Digital Innovation Observatories of Politecnico di Milano and Scientific Director of the Cybersecurity & Data Protection Observatory. He is a Member of the Group of Experts on cloud computing contracts of the European Commission.
