We are a young company born in 2012, but we are quickly establishing ourselves in the Italian market among the most successful and innovative scaleups.
In June 2021 we became a Benefit Company, convinced that our business activity can and must have a positive impact on all people and on the environment around us.

Our Italian offices that are located in: Milan, Rome, Catania, Ferrara, Potenza and Prato are in line with our spirit and working style, based on open and innovative coworking spaces located in central areas easily accessible by public transport.
We are also present abroad in: Madrid, Lisbon, Buenos Aires, Mexico City, Bogota, and Santiago de Chile.
We are looking for “smart & unconventional” people who know how to make a difference both inside and outside the company, always putting energy and passion into everything they do.
We offer continuous training plans through face-to-face courses, international platforms, certifications, on-the-job training, webinars, favoured by the strong link that unites us with the university world.
We have moments of aggregation such as our face-to-face outdoor events (Demand Generation Day and Advisory Day) to discuss, get to know each other better and work together. Or the “Inspirational Fridays”, monthly exclusively digital events in which, with the support of an external and/or internal guest, we tackle extra-occupational topics (geopolitics, physics, photography, technology journalism, robotics, sport, to name but a few) to develop our lateral thinking.
